Come see the Serigraphics Poster Exhibit now on display at The Turntable, presented by Forty5 Presents, located right next door to The Vogue Nightclub in Broad Ripple.
This exhibit from the Indiana Music History Project celebrates the iconic design work of Serigraphics, an Indianapolis-based print shop that played a vital role in shaping the visual identity of live music in Indiana. From the mid-1970s through the 1980s, Serigraphics produced hundreds of concert posters for Sunshine Promotions and other promoters across the region—capturing the energy and excitement of Indiana’s growing music scene in bold, colorful designs.
Owned and operated by the late Steve Cohen, who also co-owned the legendary Broad Ripple club Crazy Al’s, Serigraphics became a creative hub for musicians, promoters, and artists during a defining era in Indiana entertainment history.
We’re deeply grateful to Forty5 Presents for hosting this exhibit, to poster artist Tim Crist for generously donating many of the featured prints, and to Greg Ziesmer—former member of The Spirtles—for his help in bringing the display to life.
Stop by The Turntable to experience a vibrant piece of Indiana’s musical and artistic legacy up close.
