The Indiana Entertainment Foundation (IEF) is thrilled to support the Buselli-Wallarab Jazz Orchestra and their latest release, The Gennett Suite—a powerful tribute to Indiana’s deep jazz roots. This incredible project shines a spotlight on the legacy of Gennett Records, a groundbreaking label that helped shape the sound of American jazz right here in Indiana.
We’re also excited to share that Mark Buselli and Brent Wallarab will be featured guests on Jazz at Lincoln Center’s “A Closer Listen” with host Seton Hawkins on Monday, September 25 at 6 PM EST. This special event will highlight The Gennett Suite and provide insights into its creation, inspiration, and historical significance.
