Located in Broad Ripple, Indiana, the Indiana Music History Project (IMHP) museum is a free and welcoming space open to the public during regular business hours. Inside, you’ll find a growing collection of music memorabilia that tells the story of Indiana’s rich musical past and present. From records, tapes, and CDs to posters, ticket stubs, instruments, clothing, photos, and flyers, the museum offers a unique, hands-on look at the people and moments that have shaped our state’s music history.

Free admission!
Free parking is available in the back lot. Enter through the rear entrance, then head downstairs—the museum will be on your left. We are fully accessible to all visitors. An elevator is available to the right as you enter, providing step-free access to the Indiana Music History Museum. We hope to see you soon!
